- We're probably trying to do too much this quarter. Three major launches feels like one too many.
- The dashboard redesign keeps getting deprioritized — need to either commit or cut it
- Talk to Jordan about resourcing before the roadmap gets locked
- Should we push the beta date? Worth a real conversation, not just a Slack thread
